A 2 hour workshop for those who are intrigued or considering becoming a facilitator or movement class teacher in the field of wellbeing through movement.
First hour:
A Nia class experience
2nd hour:
your questions, various ways wellbeing and movement is used from coaching through to gym classes, from schools to parkinson's support and more -
Plus information on our international training course which is in March in Hertfordshire.
